enhance your workouts and recovery, as cheap as $1
This is so simple it's almost stupid, but go get a baseball and use it for a massage device. I lay on my side and let it dig into my delts, use it for my back, quads, neck, everything. It digs in your sore muscles like a deep tissue massage, almost painful at times, but God damn it works!!!!
