    By the way, IMO i don't think it's a good idea to do abs ED. You need time to rest. I do mine 2-3 times a week. Just my opinion though. You might ask a pro, but I'm pretty sure I've heard this many many times. Think of it this way, would you work bi's ED?

    I read once before (not sure on its accuracy) but if you dont do hanging leg raises you wont ever have a nice set of abs

    You can add weights doing decline situps, You can do leg raises, you can crunch until you're blue in the face and the fact is, it doesn't take a lot of ab work to have great abs. What is does take is a great diet. That said, you can hammer your abs all you want and if your diet sucks you'll never see those abs you've killed yourself over.
