    What You Think of My Workout?

    I'm basically taking one of Arnold's workouts and toning it down, since, I'm working a lot and going to school... Tell me what you guy's think...

    Monday - Chest, Biceps

    Bench Press
    Incline Bench
    Flyes
    Standing Barbell Curl
    Sitting Dumbbell Curl

    *powerlifting* Deadlifts

    Tuesday - Back & Tri's

    Bent over row's
    Wide Grip Pull-ups
    Bench Press Close Grip
    Barbell Skullcrushers

    *powerlifting* Heavy Upright Rows

    Wednesday - Off

    Thursday - Legs

    Squats
    Leg Presses
    Leg Extensions
    Hamstring Curls

    *powerlifting* Stiff-Legged Deadlifts

    Friday - Shoulders & Calves

    Lateral Dumbbell Raises
    Standing Calf Raises
    Sitting Calf Raises

    *Powerlifting* clean & press

    I'm going to do probably mon. wed. and fri. forearms and abs as well... What do you guys think? I've never really done powerlifting and think it'll help me a lot... Please critique me...

    The basic workout is OK but I dont understand the concept of the power lifting set or the fact that the set is for a different body part to the one you are working except maybe for Leg day

    I know, I am just doing what he suggested... I wanna do a little of both, bodybuilding and powerlifting...

    I like the chest/tris and back/bis splits much better, imo. Kills two birds with one stone. Thats just me though.

    Yeh, and then I ended up with calves and shoulders at the end so i just threw them in together lol

    ^ yes, bi's before back day??? Not a good idea. YOur unrecovered bi's will hinder the intensity of your back day.

    That is true... Hm... Maybe I'll switch back day with shoulder day... Hm... And I plan on doing 4 sets in the 6-8 rep range...
