Wednesday - Off

Thursday - Legs

Squats
Leg Presses
Leg Extensions
Hamstring Curls

*powerlifting* Stiff-Legged Deadlifts

Friday - Shoulders & Calves

Lateral Dumbbell Raises
Standing Calf Raises
Sitting Calf Raises

I'm going to do probably mon. wed. and fri. forearms and abs as well... What do you guys think? I've never really done powerlifting and think it'll help me a lot... Please critique me...
