Wanna Do Bodybuilding and Powerlifting!
So I finally got my International Weight Set, 300 lbs. today... So I have never tried it, I cleaned and pressed 135, and I love it... My god, why didn't I do this exercise before? Now what I'm getting at is... are there any routines you guys know of that includes bodybuilding and powerlifting techniques? preferably each muscle twice a week?

first off the clean and jerk is olympic lifting not powerlifting.
2n you cant do both. you can try, but you really wont master either , they are completely different methods of training. " a jack of all trades is a master of nothing" pick which one you want to do and stick with it,
the only way to even atempt this, which i wouldnt, would be to train some of the year a s aBBer and some of the year as a powerlifter using seperate programs for each sport
