I have a huge amount of respect for anyone that can walk on the treadmill for an hour a day, or just use the stationnary bike at a slow pace.

For me i just cant do it, i am doing some stationnary bike cause i am in back pain rehab but can also do some tae bo and bootcamp and its so much exciting.

I just love the intense rush and combined with a semi low carb diet it works wonders.

Anyone else is addicted to tae bo or bootcamp?
