You could try this routine here http://www.muscleandfitness.com/training/45 I got it from a board member and I really liked it. At first I was like woah this is overtraining and wasn't sure about it but I ended up doing it and gaining a half inch on my arms that month. I was on a 6 week cycle though which I think made a difference with so much arm training volume. So I recommend trying this on a cycle.

By the way my biceps used to lag just a tad. So I started doing half my back sets underhand. I also temporarily added more sets of strict form barbell biceps curls, with greater frequency.
