    beeN DOING 12 REPS FOR 1 YEAR CHANGE NECCESSARY? POST ASAP! GOING TO THE GYM TODAY!!!

    Hey guys, I have been doing 12 reps for around a year in all excercisces.

    I am now cutting up

    should i stick at 12 / 15 reps or go down to 8 - 10?

    I really am not getting good workouts even though I am cutting up at the moment my progress in the gym is at an all time low.

    I have never done low reps ever in my life.. i am only 19

    suggestions fast please ppL!

    up the weight....lower the reps......start pushing more weight!!!

    Cutting and reps aren't really linked IMO unless you are doing somekind of circuit training thing. Cutting comes from the diet and cardio. But I always change up my rep scheme every once in a while just to subject my muscles to something different.

    i would lower the reps to the 6-8 range, but push big weights! Ive read you get a good mixture of building and cutting in this range. Also, try some supersets! Those will really shock your muscles if youve been training the same routine for 1 yr
