My chest is by far the most lagging part of my physique. On top of that, I can't get that round, full look. What type of training can I do to get that fullness? I've heard dumbells are best to use working the chest. Any suggestions? Maybe split routine? Hit it twice a week? I kill my chest and lift heavy, just get no full, dense results. What is going on?
