    Hard back routine

hey every, need a little advice...

i haven't seen my biceps grow in some time now, it is funny actually because they were at first my most developed body part, i guess everything else had picked up and is just continuing to grow and is dominating my bicep growth...

so my back day is pretty hard i'd say...
    deadlifts
    T-bar
    wide grip chins
    dumbbell rows (sometimes babell)
and seated cable close grip rows

my biceps are pretty tight after this before starting my bicep routine, which consists of barbell curls alternating width in grip every set to hit all areas of bicep, and alternating dumbebll curls, that is it...

do you guys think i am overtraining my biceps? and should just skip my bicep routine as my back routine hits them enough indirectly?

thanks in advance for any info guys!

I'll chime in and say that everyone will be different. With that said, I have started to hit bi's with chest and tri's with back. My reasoning is to get 2 hits on my bi's and tri's each week.

You might also consider working-out your bis with tris (an arm day).
