shoulders/bias, what to do first
Well Im not sure how Im going to work my split, but after i finsihed back i was too tired to throw in shoulders, so i figured i'd do shoulders with bias.
I guess whn working those two out, im not sure which one would be better to start with. I know u wnat to start witht he bigger muslce group, but they both seem small to me,
looking o see hwat people think,

I do back and shoulders on seperate days......

Yeah I have never put those 2 together. I like chest and then shoulders on the same day. I do upper back by itself another day. And I like to combine low back on ham day. Another day for quads. And the last day arms.

i do chest/bi monday tuesday legs wed off thurs delt/trap fri back/tri sat off sun off
everyone is different find what you like
