    Cardio after legs

    I do cardio at 5 speed and 5 inclination during one hour, can i do cardio after a heavy leg workout?
    can i do it even with low speed?

    I avoid cardio after legs cos I find I am wobbly and get cramp easy.

    Cardio after leg workout?

    What kind of leg workout are we talking about?

    Because after mine I can barely walk...

    i find it keeps my legs from hurting as bad for the next few days...just really sucks for the first few minutes..i have to use the bike tho...walking is no option

    not right after a leg workout, maybe a light one the next day to get blood flowing and reduce lactic acid build up...but not right after

    I would advise against it. Only after a low volume leg workout would it be okay.
