    calfs and ankle weights

    will it help in gaining some mass on calfs?what about walking on my tip toes,someone told me to do so but i am thinking that its just a silly joke,lol

    It is just a silly joke!!!!!!

    Train them hard and heavy as you would the chest and that's the best you'll ever do.

    dont do it man, your legs are not designed to resist the pulling of the lower leg on the knee.

    I train calfes twice per week.
    First session: 20 rep, 3 sets.
    Second session: 5rep, 5 sets.

    Kills, and brings your calf way up in strength and in mass.
    Well for me it did
