    Starving?! Holy crap!

I was wondering if this ever happened to any of you!

So, with my diet I eat good 3600-4000 calories a day, every 2.5 - 3 hrs.

I get hungry about 2 hrs after each meal.

Well what happaned last time.. I missed my last meal before bed...

Slept wayyy too long, 10hrs... I woke up late.. missed my usual breakfast!

I got up and went to do my workout before breakfast because I didn't want to totally F up my day. Normally I NEVER lift before food, NEVER... I don't know what the hell ... Anyways, I guess it was too late..

Here is what happened... I did my elliptical for 15 min, then hit my legs, back and biceps.

After training I was about 14hrs without any food intake whatsoever.

I left my basement, as I was walking up the staris.. I got so damn dizzy, and started to black out. I freaked out... I held to the wall for couple of secs... and I tried to rush up the stairs... man I got to my living room and I freaking COLLAPSED!

My sister freaked out! She helped me to get off the floor and onto my couch... I was so damn dizzy, felt so weak and felt extreme hunger. It was so bad that it almost made me throw up! All withing minutes after workout.

All I wanted is FOOD and HOT tea right away... so my sister helped me out with this ... I swear ... about 15 -20 minutes after meal... I was back to normal.

Just wanted to share this with you.

This is crazy, I got scared.

    Thanks fellas!

    -Uber

Well, thanks for you reply but no need to call anyone names.

It is not like I said: "Let me not eat and drink for 14 whatever hours and go wokrout and see what happens".

    Take care.

Yeah was definitely the lowblood sugar. I did the exact same thing before a soccer practice a 3 hour one at that. Not only that it was a conditioning practice (uh oh) I literally collapsed as I tried to make it to the bench and didn't feel better until I downed orange juice and a huge lunch. Scariest experience of my life feeling like that.

What you eat BEFORE and AFTER your workout are the key.

Running on empty won't hurt most people because they don't push themselves, problems happen when someone goes balls to the walls on an empty tank.

Hypoglycemia and dehydration are typically the result.

Amazing how quickly it passes, tho, once you get your blood sugar up.

Carbs before and carbs after your work out.

    Yeah, isn't it?

You feel as you think you are dying, but takes roughly 10-15 mins to get back to the normal again.

    That is amazing.

    Thanks for your reply.
