Growing taller routine?
So keeping ur reps between 12-15 with light weights increases gh production.Is it safe to assume that if an individual younger than 18 lets say 15 with a workout program like this will become taller?
Any thoughts?

After reading some stuff on how much gh production increases with low reps and light weights,i thought i could make a funny "logical" assumption!
