Pre-workout drinks are for those with weak minds!
All I'm saying is that it's not good to build up a need for a pre-workout boost, because when you don't/can't have it, your workouts will suck, because mentally you will tell yourself you are low on energy.
I always have a protein + simple carbs meal 1.5 hours before I train, and it always provides me with more than enough energy.
I've been taking 2 grams of BCAA caps before my workouts for the past month, and it's definitely helped me with endurance, concentration, and energy.

nobody likes 5 hour energy, it seems like the obvious best one.. its just like a small amount of caffeine and B6 and B12 vitmans .. 8000 % more than ur daily view lol

IM with DSM4life. Diet for a solid week...I only injest one thing with caffiene, and thats Dymatize energy Xpand. a Pre-workout supps. with creatine ethyl ester, and ect..check it out....not expensive either.

I'll do noexplode with a few pure can sugar cubes dissolved in it.
The sugar helps get me fired up and I'm gonna burn those fast carbs during my lifting.

speed stack or hydroxycut before every workout. Caffenine is a major performance enhancer in my opinion.

I think it's better to just have a protein shake before I leave the house then have an energy drink. They generally upset my stomach halfway through working out. I generally try to stay away from excess sugar/sugar substitutes though.
