Caffeine is known to help you focus, but energy drinks are normally very high in sugar. Unless you drink things like Ephedra tea, redline, endorush, ABB energy drinks. I would say you're better off buying straight up caffeine pills and taking like 100mg before you workout

i do currently have energy drinks before/during my workout cuase im always tired and need the kick to go work out. but im planning on getting some superpump250 for my new kick (or u can get amp02), those products contain caffiene and are supposed to give u a sweet pump/kick in the ass, and they both say not to consume other caffiene products with them.

Superpump did a good job at giving me a pre-workout energy boost but unfortunately it also made me take a superdump 30 min after each time I took it!

What works best for me:

1. Sugar-free monster or rockstar
2. NO Explode
3. Tea or Coffee
4. Caffeine Pills

For some reason I just like drinking something before I workout. Maybe it's habit. Anyways you really cant go wrong with a rockstar as long as it's sugar free.

I would give my left nut for a few years supply of the old ephedra based Speed Stacks! I still use the toned down version now before every workout but just not the same.

fireguy, I to miss the ephedra but you can still have it. you can buy it just not a bunch. sinus meds with a engery drink and WOW it is like the old speed stacks...Its just behind the counter and mix away...

Yes that is it is called sudefed but there is two kinds one with pseudoephedrine and one without. the one with is behind the counter....it is good bro

BRAND NAME(S): Afrin, Afrinol, Chlor-Trimeton, Novafed, Sudafed = i googled this and these came up

You can still get Twinlab Ripfuel with ephedra over the internet. Some of it has expired dates. It's not cheap either. Some wholesellers carry it.

I call $HIT on all of them energy drinks. If you are eating correctly you really shouldn't need anything. Although i do , out of habit have a cup of coffee before.

these are the king of energy drinks. they were pulled off the market for a while for advertising them as being " the next closest alternative to the real thing" lol. it said so right on the can! after a long legal battle it was put back on the market, with a new warning label on it, a pretty hilarious one too, and it said in these exact words "this is cocaine the energy drink and this warning label is to tell all you dumb people out there that this is just a drink and not the drug" it wasnt those exact words but its pretty close and it did use the word "dumb people". ill go to the store tomorrow and look at a can and see what it says, but its not sold in all places cause they are too strong. ive had friends who have drank them and they say they taste like tabasco sauce and it burns your mouth/throat/stomach lol

XS energy drinks 8.4 oz, I think there are about 12 different flavors, most with 0-2 carbs and no sugar. Caffine and caffine free. 4900% Vit B12. 300% vit. B6. I'll post my webpage if your interested in looking.
