    In 8th grade ( I was 13 or 14) I hit 225 as a 1RM. Pretty impressive for such a young lad. Got to HS, got fat, didn't touch a weight for three years then starting getting sexy again senior year :-P

    Will try today I have benched over 500lb so 225 sounds really easy watch me do like 15 now or something haha I am cutting so probably weaker but stamina is up so shouldn't be too bad.

    225lb for 27 reps was my best. That was over a year ago when I was playing linebacker in college. Now the only time I use 225 is my second warm up set.

    Thats the last one, then its 3 sets to failure or 2 sets normal sets and then a drop set 315 then 225 then 135 all to failure. That shit kills me and gives me such a good pump. I also always switch the angle of the bench incline, decline or flat. Try doing those drop sets on deads man, talk about wanting to puke.
