    mon - chest,tris
tue - legs (whole session legs as there a big muscles need alot of time on them)
    wed - shoulders,bi's
    thurs - back
fridays i like to a bit of everything chin ups abbs little things you cant normally fit in.

Ive known advanced bodybuilders do every other day routine, but obviously they can its there career and life for some people lucky enough! Im not sayin sitck to what i just put work it around yourself, but definently have at least the weekend or 2 days off!
