    Neck training

Anyone do exercises for the neck? Im one of those lucky people who has a long skinny neck and as I get bigger everywhere else my neck stays the same which makes it look even worse. Any good exercise techniques anyone know of or should I just hit traps really good to make my neck look less long?

do you do deadlifts and dumbell raises? these are all I do that involves neck. But that includes several different types of deadlifts and raises. Including heavy deadlifts.

I find that deadlifts have thickened up my neck, however if yours is particully thin there are head harnesses that allow neck training, take care with those the neck is a complexe muscle structure and prone to injury if your do not train strict
