    what are some exercises you guys do for quads?

    just wanted to see the different exercises everyone does to train quads...

    Squats (wide and narrow; heel elevated or flat-footed provide different stimuli), Front squats, Leg press (both single leg and standard execution), lunges (both static and walking... as well as leg-elevated varieties), Bulgarian split squats, leg extensions (single-leg or standard execution), Car-pushing.

    squats, front squats, leg press, lunges and extensions. i usualy use extensions after the compound exercises, but every now and then i will do it prior to squating to kill my quads.

    Squats, lunges, hack squats really low, leg extensions.

    If you can see though, everyone on here has recommended squats. Squat, squat, squat! You can never do too many of those. Although you may periodically cycle them out of your current training plan, squatting should never be too far from your mind. The KING of all exercises!
