    Jumping back in the gym

Hello everyone, its been a very long time since I last posted on the boards, then again, its been a long time since I have trained. Here is my story, I have just finished my first year of law school which kept me out of the gym for almost over a year now. So here is the question, before quiting the gym I was Dogg Crap Training and loving it, awesome results. To start back out, obviously I wouldn't think DCT would be the starting point. What would you guys suggest the comeback method be, and how long would it take to get the body back ready for HIT?

I would start out with just a basic volume training routine. Start out easy with lower weight so you don't injure anything. If you keep your diet strong and train regularly you should progress fairly quickly in the beginning. You will know when your ready to switch over to hit again but to put a time on it I would say with in as little as 2 months depending on your training past and current physical condition.
