Too tuck/or to flair? That is the question.
I know many people who have many different styles of benching. I know that when you flair out your elbows you are increasing your risk for shoulder injury. I prefer to tuck my elbows out 45 degrees with my body. What styles do you guys use? and what are the risks? Benefits? etc.
