opinions needed
Hi , i changed my gym so this gym is opened 7days a week unlike my shitty college gym. anyway Im going to take two days off , Tuesdays and Fridays are off. So which body part should i be hitting on which day??
PS: I dont like doing Legs or back after chest day..

mon=chest
tue=off
wed=shoulders
thur=legs
fri=off
sat=back
sun=arms
JMHO...

My usual workout routine looks like this,
mon - back, traps
tues - off
weds - arms
thurs - shoulders, traps
fri - legs
sat - chest
sun - off
Whatever works for you.

I like this better thai. Cause you hit triceps after chest which is involved. Also you hit rear delts w/ back so do you again hit them with shoulders???
What about
Mon=arms
Tues= off
Wed= Chest
Thurs=Back
Fri=off
Sat=shoulder
Sun= Legs
This will insure proper rest with your muscle groups whether they are used secondary or not

I like go do legs last I can't see myself in the gym with my legs sore as hell trying to work out
How about
back tris
chest bis
shoulders traps
legs abs
