60 degree shoulder press?
Lately, I've been doing my seated DB shoulder presses on the 60 degree incline of the bench. I don't feel it in my chest at all and delts always get fried. However, is there anything wrong with this? I hate 90 degrees because I can never get comfortable and I feel lile I am gonna fall off the damn thing.
