ankle stability/balance/strength exercises?
I've searched for over 2 hours and can't find a simple guide to improving my ankle stability and strength. I want to train the muscles that help me moving from side to side, and keep me from rolling my ankles easily when I do footwork. My ankles feel clumsy. Any suggestions? I already do footwork drills (muay thai), but not any crazy agility type stuff.

I think squats might help
I mean, your ankles have to be pretty stable to execute the movement, so it should help create a stonger ankle
