I had a pretty bad cold for 4 or 5 days, and I took 3 days off from training, and I had to force myself to eat. I still didnt eat like I should have. Today was my second day back to the gym, and my loss of strength seems severe.
I was winded after benching 205 for 6 reps, and Im having to force myself to push on to the next set.
Im 10 weeks into a test only cycle, and I cant believe how weak this cold made me. I hope that I bounce back pretty quick.
Anyone have a similar experience?
