Stretching routines/stretching on off days...
How many of you incorporate stretching into your programs? I never really looked into it, but my cousin who is fairly knowledgeable about lifting (more than me anyway) swears by it, says he spends at least a half hour at least 3 times a week devoted to stretching. He said usually on off days he considers stretching as his workouts. Your thoughts/opinions?
