Help me get my Heart Rate right for Cardio
Im did some light cardio this morning after my workout. Just 20 min...I have never done it. Anyway Im 29, 205 lbs, 20% BF. Ready to cut it off (i used to have a 6pack)
So there are a few different calculations to get MHR
220 - age = MHR so.... MHR=191
Or could I just run like a MOFO on the treadmill and see how high I can get it ?
So the "Fat burning Zone" is 65-70% of MHR correct?
From that is looking like I should shoot for about 130 beat per min. And keep that going for 45-60 min?

Thanks man, diet is just about on point...the reason I ask is because I did a little cardo today and 130 didnt seem like too much strain. I guess for 45-60 min it would. I plan on doing it on an empty stomach in the AM. I will also to like 30 min after workouts.

yeah bro. a.m. on an empty stomach has done the most for me. it kinda sucks but it does its job.
using your numbers you should be about in the 124-134 (rounding the numbers off)
