my cardio
hey fellas - I am trying to cut up a bit so I am doing 4 days of cardio at 30 mintues on the stair stepper @ level 7-8. I burn about 300 cals per session. My diet is at at TDEE. I am noticing muscle loss a bit especially in my chest. Is my heart rate to high and this is what happens...Should I low it down ?

well find out what your target heart rte for fat burning is a dont let it go higher then that when doing cardio.
