LOL, I leave my house at 4am and don't get home until around 7 or 8 pm, so I feel your pain. I typically go to the gym from 4:30am-5:30am. Then I do cardio after work. My wife hates it but it is important to me so she understands.

    Thanks Bear!
I absolutly love work'n out in the morning now. I need to fine tune the meals for the rest of the day but so far my workouts are much better than before! I have plenty of motivation, empty thoughts to focus the WO & Not to mention I can have a social life if Iwant to.
So far my routein goes like this:
I'm not listing my macros, just basics here
4:30 Wake up eat some egg whites+1 egg & some oatmeal
    5:25 Warm up on treadmill
    5:30 - 6:30 WO
    6:30 PWO Shake
Get ready for work, making my lunches for the day & out the door by 7:30
    I eat my meals@
    9
    12
    3
    6
At 8pm I down my casein shake & go to bed around 9-9:30

I started to run again first thing in the morning on the weekends since they are my off days, but I have a small protein shake
( 20g protein with no carbs )30 min before cardio.
When I decide to cut I'll run 20-30 after my workouts too

On Sundays I decided to do my cardio over the Ravenell Bridge @ 7:00am, so tomorrow will be the first of many! Its 4miles with a hell of an incline to I'll be watching my HR monitor to stay in the zone!

I'm just trying to get back to where I was 4 months ago so I need to see how it goes with fine tuning my macros to maintain, so I can tweek a little to dial it in if need be. Once I get it down for a month,,it's time to shread the last 4% of body fat

It feels so great to be motivated again, especialy after soo much dam drama in my life!
