    Need Plateau Resolution

    Hey all, I'm 20 years old and been lifting for a little over 2 years. I'm 5'10'' about 180. I switch my workout up every few months but I've seemed to plateau with my bench, I'm stuck at the 300lb mark. I was curious if anyone had anything that could alter this expereince and help me push up more weight. Thanks.

    You switch up workouts how? You need to cycle your routines along with your goals.

    Just various different work outs for the same body parts. Or just switching up reps, high-low, and the weight to correspond.
