OK... played basketball yest. for the 1st time in a while..
after about 15min. I was sucking wind.. I hit 30 min per day(5 days per week) of cardio.. so its not that I'm in terrible shape.. but its all the "explosive movements" start, stop, start again.. jumping 4x in a row.. etc...

What kind of workout can I ADD ( I'm going to lift as usual) to my 4 day per week routine that will help with "explosive movement"??
