Does anyone manage to fit some Forearm exercises into their workout

I know that >75% of you don't believe in forearm workouts because "the forearms get worked plenty of back and bicep day". Spare me your comment if thats all you have to say. I did deadlifts and bent over barbell rows today believe me i'm hip to what you're saying but I've seen some sick forearm development from consciously targeting them and I want that.

How do you work out your split and exercises?

I am thinking on my next bicep day of doing something like

    Barbell 21's
    Hammer curls dumbbell
    Reverse 21's
    Bicep curls cable
    Wrist curls
    Reverse wrist curls
Barbell grip exercise where i let it roll down to the finger tips
Pinching plates and seeing how long I can hold them

I would just add Wrist curls and reverse wrist curls, 3 sets of each at the end of your Bicep workout. You could hit them 2 x a week if you space it rite.

Thanks I think you are right. What I posted would be overkill and probably not induce growth compared to wrist curls and reverse done with good form.

Yup, always. Its part of my regiment and has been for years. Depending on my split, I do them either during arm day or back day. I love making the forearms swell up..

Recently started doing them at the end of arm day. Just wrist curls and reverse wrist curls 4 sets ea with a bb. Good resuts so far definitely worth doing imo.
