I have been training for almost half a year now, and my biceps gained little strenght. Has anyone had the same problem? And how did you fix it.

    Or genetics.

    Tough to change those.

My arms are probably my weakest part but that is not due to any workout issue, I was just not born with huge arms. Not much you can do.

    Small Biceps

I have the smallest biceps of everyone I know. There just small. My triceps look like some morphed extension there so large. Moderate Shoulders but a great chest.

Sometimes I also think its my routine or my form but I am convinced its just bad genetics.

The thing is that there must be some way to make them grow. I tried twice a week and that had no effect. Its one of my biggest issues.

It would help if you posted your routine.

Are you gaining weight and growing everywhere else? Try upping cals and more sets to failure? How many sets to failure on bis and how often do you train them?

Do ez bar preacher curls to failure 3 sets then come back here and tell me those bitches don't grow

PS: Failure is not doing 12.. then getting tired on your 2nd set and doing 10.. then on your 3rd set saying f it and doing 7.. Failure is doing 12, Wanting to put the bar down at 10 on the 2nd but holding it taking a couple quick breaths and knocking out the last two.. your third set wanting to put it down on rep 7 saying f being small.. refusing to put the bar down til you are done.

Curls using the olympic bar hit more muscle fibres than any other bicep exercise.

Well, until you come back on and let us know what your current training is for your arms there is not much advice we can give to help, you might be over training them, you might not be training them enouth, maybe your diet sucks,,, ,,,,,,, What is your arm program like???????

Some weeks I feel like things aren't growing, some weeks I feel big. If your not on AAS (I'm not), your fighting a tough fight, but stick with it. I'm sure if your lifting and eating right the lack of growth is actually in your personal self-image and not in reality.

Gains are a slow process when not on the pin, so stay diligent and don't let yourself get down. Switch things up, and keep lifting!
