help with packing meat on back of my shoulders
My delts are way more developed than the rest of my shoulder. I was hoping for some tips on filling out the rear mostly.

Yeah I normally do those on a Ben& flat on my stomach. I'm trying to get a little more burn closer to the top of the muscle.

Face pulls, look them up. I think that's what Scott51312 is referring to.

I prefer reverse flies with the cables, and really focus on your form. Often these are all pretty butchered exercises as far as using too much weight. Only a little is really necessary.

^^Excellent advice, number one problem I see with rear delts isnt the exercise it's the manner in which it's being performed. Doesnt take much weight if your form is proper.

Fire guy your avatar is a real kick in the nuts to me lol. Thanks for the info guys. I'm gonna have to look up face pulls..... my form is good I think... hope so, I'm also a believer that good form is more important than the typical question "how much can you bench" question I get 99%. of the time

I was wondering, does anyone ever do the variation of bent-over rows (or the chest supported ones) where you use an overhand grip and keep the elbows out 90 degrees? I see it called rear delt row on ExRx.
