    Gloves with hooks?????

    Last week i bought some gloves with the hooks, thought they would be better for me as a don't like using straps however they are crap, lat pulldown they slide around on the bar same as pull ups i tried them out yesterday while doin upright row and they just slide around dand dont feel very safe. Any1 else used these things?????

    I use the hooks, but all they are is the hook on a strap for my wrist, they fit in the palm of my hand so the hook part is an extension of my fingers or rather the same length of my fingers when they are in the "hold" position..

    your forearm will regress if you get used to hooks... if that was not the case why you started using them in the first place.
