Chest Workout - Best 3 Exercises
I am looking for the best 12 set chest workout, consisting of 3 exercises to perform over the next 8 weeks.
I have always tended to concentrate on incline press as my key starting exercises, incline dumbbells, as the barbell tends to hurt my delts.
Then the next two exercises are a toss up between flat bench, decline bench, and dumbbell/cable flies.
What do you think are the best 3 exercises for a chest routine? How important is decline compared to incline and flat?

ive joined many now that dones do flat bench press.
decline for me. then incline DB press. and 30 degree incline flys.
so far im loving it

i switch up every month with mine, 1 month i will do incline db first,then flat bench bb then incline cable flys,the next month, i do flat bench bb press,incline db press and flat cable flys...works well for me

Benchpress 3 working sets to failure
Incline DB press 3 working sets to failure
Fly/complete isolation movement 3 working sets to failure
All sets 6-8 reps
