Starting gear soon, want to try best workout schedule.

    Good day everyone,

A friend and I are going to start a cycle soon and I would like to get some opinion about the best workout schedule anyone could suggest.

I'm 28 y/o and I've been working out for the past 8 years without big gains, although in the past year I went from 160lbs to currently 177lbs at 6'1" without gear so I'm quite excited to see what will happen.

So I know my way around a gym and I'm looking for a top-notch work out schedule so feel free to suggest anything you want.

I'm also pretty good with nutrition, but feel free to share great links if you have any.
    William.

P.S.: I know there is pride in searching for your own information, but I've already been reading this forum for the past 2 hours and even though I've read many great writeups, I'm still unclear about which one I should follow while on gear so, please advise. Thank you.

    Your not ready for AAS'...

Ok, that's out there, now lets sort your training and diet out...

There are loads of things you could do but you have to decide what type of training you wish to do.... I recommend you try the Power/ Hypertrophy routine I have write out (link in signature)....

I think its great for people who are at plateaus or dont really have much progression in there training. It is built around continued progression and works if you follow it....

Stop over thinking nutrition - If you want something to think about download Myfitnesspal and learn how to count macros

I suggest you also head over to the diet questions section and post up your current diet with goals etc....

You need to include your full stats and macro breakdowns for meals etc...

I'll spend a lot of time today reading the Diet section and fixing myself a new diet plan for the months to come.

It's ok to say that I'm not ready and I'm open to take your advice, but what or when would you consider someone ready for it?

I read through the Power/Hyper program again, I might start that today.

If you cannot get to 200 lbs 12-14% Bodyfat naturally at your height no amount of drugs will ever help you.

You need to realize that diet paired with dedication to the diet is what will yield success. You clearly are not eating properly and it doesn't matter how many hours you spend at the gym or how much money you waste on anabolics neither will help.
