testosterone levels down after 1 hour training

i've read a couple times that after 1 hour of training your better to stop because testo levels will go down and you will be in a catabolic state.

Everyone is different. It also depends on the exercises being performed. As a rule just go with yes, anything over an hour is overtraining. You can always supplement to keep yourself out of catabolism. If that is you in your avy then aim for 45-60 minutes. If you were fat I would say don't worry about training too long.

Then eat and keep workouts very short and intense. Might even wanna drink a gatorade 30minutes prior and even during workouts. I would also cut out all stimulants and caffeine.
