One arm bigger than the other
If one arm is bigger than the other, what are some techniques to balance it out???
Thanks

I found that doing everything with a bar seems to help (loading same amount of weight on both sides)... the reason is my smaller arm is forced to work harder to keep the bar balanced. This goes for bench, curls, etc. I'd also stay away from cables for a while - stick to free weights and you should see a decent improvement.

I have tried to even them out but I have had little luck, O well, now I just make sure that my right arm is facing the camera when pics are being taken. haha
