Hi! I started working out with weights a few months ago after losing 30 pounds thanks to some big time help in the diet forum. I then got brave and started lifting weights (I was initially focused on cardio to burn calories) and then lost another 5 and have been holding for the past 3 months.

Question on stationary lunges....which leg is supposed to be working...the forward leg or the rear leg. I have been doing these now and not really sure.

I have not found that too many people do these in the gym and wondering why???
