new programme, what you think ???
new programme i am thinking to use on next cycle of possible d-bol,deca ,test
monday: back & 2 bicep exercises
tuesday: chest & 2 tricep exercises
wednesday: deadlifts & squats & lower legs
thursday: shoulders & traps
friday: tricep,bicep & forearms
weekend rest
each workout lasts no longer than 75 minutes.
what you think ???

Unless your doing stiff leg deads you would be better off doing them on back day. How long have you been training and what are your goals? I don't see the need for twice a week workouts for arms. Do you do any cardio? What about abs?

ive had most success with:
mon chest, delts and tri's
wed legs and abs
fri back and bi's (dlift only every 2wks)
