    seated good-mornings

Should I do seated good-mornings on leg day or back day or does it really matter?
My leg day is on Tues and includes squats and my back day is Friday and includes deadlifts.

I'd think it's more of a back day thing since doing them seated takes a lot of the legs out of the move.

I was thinking the same thing. I watched a video on Youtube called You Think You Can Squat and seated good mornings were a recommended auxiliary exercise to help improve your squats.
