warm up sets, work sets, failure sets per bodypart?
How do you guys structure your sets per bodypart per week?
im wondering how many exercises and how many sets but im also wondering how many of these are warm up sets and how many of the sets are taken to failure? Also do you progressively increase weight for every set per exercise?
