full body lift stressing time under pressure.
I have been doing full body work outs . they include all major muscle groups hit three times a week. Each work out has a warm up and three sets of 8 to10 done slowly 6 to 8 seconds the way down and same on the lift. its diff from anything I have ever done but its working
