    Please check my working routine

Hi guys, i just wanted to know if training 6 days per week is ok? Doing each muscle group twice a week.

    Monday - chect/back
    Tuesday - shoulders/legs
    Wednesday - biceps/triceps
    Thursday - chest/back
    Friday - shoulder/legs
    Saturday - biceps/triceps

Is it okay to work like that 6 times per week? Thanks!

    Hey riz,

Pretty big grouping you got there No rest days?

    Try...

    Day 1 - Chest/Triceps
    Day 2 - Back/Biceps
    Day 3 - Legs
    Day 4 - Shoulders/dets/traps
    Day 5 - OFF

    Rinse and repeat.

Sorry I didnt notice Sunday was missing

realy the only concern is Chest and Back day. I dont know how you could have the energy to perform with growth in mind once you hit the second group. That's a LONG day at the gym, for me at least.

    Monday - chect/back
Tuesday - shoulders/legs Shoulders the day after chest can be tough. My shoulders are exhausted personally from chest days. Legs right after back can be rough on the back as well
Wednesday - biceps/triceps How many exercises are you doing where bis and tris can take a whole day?
Thursday - chest/back Chest and back the day after tris and bis would be tough as well. You need your tris and bis while working chest and back so exhausting them the day before may nt be the best idea
Friday - shoulder/legs Once again dont like shoulders after chest day
Saturday - biceps/triceps Really unnecessary to have two full days devoted to bis/tris

Is it okay to work like that 6 times per week? Thanks!

Its not terrible but those are just working sets. There are also warm up sets in an HST program. If you want to run an HST protocol, read up on it first

^ Not a fan of full body workouts Again my reasoning is the same as above, your initial workouts will be great, but after that your energy level depletes and you won't be able to perform the remaining excessive properly.

If you can train and perform two major muscle groups in one training session your not training correctly. You need to start with one major and minor and not two big groups like legs and shoulders/ back and chest. Re-adjust your protocol otherwise you will be over training

Agree. Marcus put it in better words than I did, but that is my exact point.
