What should I do?...
I've done upper/lower, 5 day split, 4 day split... I'm looking for something new.
I am adding way more cardio to my workout, (1hour of swimming laps eod)
On another note, what do you guys think about calesthenics? I see these bar brothers and others getting big from it, but it doesn't seem to great for size...in theory.
