Cardio, what is the best?
I am beginning a Cyp with Clen cycle, and am wondering what do you guys find to be your best cardio routine? I am considering HIIT training, but if you have guys have any input or better routines I would really appreciate it a lot.

It really depends on goals, time and timing of nutrition.
HIIT allows you to burn more calories compared to traditional cardio within the same amount of time, which is possibly the biggest advantage it brings about.
Fasted cardio of any type will help melt felt like no other method can.
Moderate pace cardio at 125-135bpm post-workout will also serve your cutting goal. However, it will take you another 15-20mins or so of doing cardio in order to burn the same amount of calories as you would with HIIT.
On a last note, I wouldn't do cardio right after taking Clen .

Thanks guys I really appreciate it, how many days a week would you recommend? Just doing it on off days or everyday? Also why wouldn't you do while taking clen ?

Many of the bodybuilders that I know or mostly those that I have read about recommend walking on a steep incline on the treadmill, either after a weight training workout or fasted in the morning. For instance, a 10-15 grade incline at 2.5-3mph. Personally, I have followed this and I have found it effective for fat loss while preserving muscle. But then again, different exercises/routines often work differently for everyone.

The best cardio is the one that works for you. Just pick a machine and stay on it. Don't switch/alternate between machines. Get your HR up and steady, hence the burning of fat. I prefer 45 minutes + post workout.

and good luck doing effective cardio while running clen ..
to answer your real question...
it's any sustained activity that keeps your heart rate elevated in the zone will either burn stored glycogen or stored fats (low intensity) ..
cyp with gw would be more effective for what you are attempting to do.. at least it was for me..The answer to your every question

I do HIIT for 45 mins. Go lift and do another 30mins...or at least 20mins of HIIT. Love the bike.

How do you guys do hitt for longer then 20 minutes. I warm up for 3 minutes then fast jog at 7 mph, run at 9, then sprint at 11 or 11.5 forgot where it stops but then finish with a 1 minute cool down. I am absolutely spent
I lost a ton of weight this way but def burned too much muscle
I am starting fasted tomorrow. I am going to try and keep it going to summer. I only planned on doing 45 minutes. Is that enough?

Complicating things way too much here. Just get on a machine and stay on it with a steady HR for 45 minutes, most certainly POST workout.

Not saying you directed this at me, but...
I get on the stationary bike and just go from top level(25) and mid level(13-15). I rest a little bit (13-15) and hit it again(25). I can do that for 45 mins. Running would be a total different animal to me. I rode my bike around Lake Tahoe in CA so I can ride a bike. I love it. Maybe I'm more advanced at bike??? Not sure. My bike ride around LT was 5 hours and there were plenty of hills. So 45 on a stationary is not that big a deal.

Also, my goals are NOT to be huge. Cycling (bike) is huge for me. Extremely important. Being huge would not work.

Right... cause you're wasting more time in the gym for no reason...... see 2nd post on the thread.

Today was my first day of morning cardio. I got up walked the dog and then went to the gym. Took a bit longer then expected so I guess I am going to need to get up at 8 am tomorrow (SUCKS)

Personally i like to just keep it simple. When it's time to do cardio I always almost just go with short, brutal sprints. Just 15-20 minutes of alternating sprinting and walking, letting myself almost fully recover between each sprint. Personally, i feel like i get the best workout from it out of every form of cardio I've tried. I do like to switch it up however every once in awhile to keep it interesting, usually with car pushes or weighted sled pulls but i follow the same overview of HIIT for ~15 minutes letting myself almost fully recover between each set.

What ever you can do without getting too bored for 40-60 mins whilst keeping your heart rate in your desired zone, personally for me I cycle, running is awful for the knees, and I just simply hate it, on the bike I can tune right out..

The only cardio I do now is a 5 min walk before lifting. My favorite cardio is mountain bike riding and I will start doing it since its warming up. I love riding it almost as much as my sportbike. I also swim a lot in the summer and stay active with my kids so it doesn't seem like work. I also go on walks and sprint and then walk. I tried jogging but it made my knees and hips ache so I'm against it. No where in history did humans run distances constant but we did walk a lot so its the best and easiest cardio to do. Low intensity cardio at a fasted state burns fat for fuel. Higher intensity cardio burns glycogen for fuel but overall more calories so you can lose fat by being calorie defeciant

I do 30+ minutes on the treadmill - hills level 10 at 3-3.5 mph
at 45 my fat burning HR is 119 and my cardio HR is 140. I try to keep my heart in the middle.
I do not want to have a heart attack on the treadmill (I am susceptible to tachycardia and heart arrhythmia)

forgot to ask... what is HIIT?
Also - I did not see anyone talking about resistance training or did I miss it?

I find that I burn more calories on a treadmill than on a bike..... but that is me personally... not sure my heart could take HIIT or Insanity
