No more Squats or Leg presses
What do I do?
I just came back from Dr. My knees have been bothering me bad lately. Had xrays and is bone on bone and arthritis has already started. Its so bad I am being told I should be trying to avoid stairs. I played ball yesterday and I was crippled for the whole day yesterday. I absolutely tore it up too. Makes it so hard for me to stop playing basketball when you are good at it. Its really disheartening.
I am going to focus on heavy prowler (motion is much easier on the knee) pushes, machines for quads and hammys. I am currently on a cut but I think I am going to try and lose some muscle also. My body just cannot handle carry the weight anymore.
Thoughts????
